After upgrading to OMEN gaming hub, the CPU load is not displayed either on the performance management tab, or on the undervolting tab, or on the system indicators, respectively, the fan speed is not normally regulated, it is impossible to conduct tests during undervolting

I recommend you download and install the Omen command center from the below link and check if it helps.

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
