HP Omen 15-dc10**wm I7-9750h
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I've been seeing people with my same model having undervolting ability through Omen Gaming Hub. Even when I check to see what features are supported for my model it says undervolting. Yet no matter what I do I never have the undervolting tab shown when I run the Omen Gaming Hub. I have even done a full system image restore on my laptop and still doesn't show up that I can do it.

If I install ThrottleStop the original version my undervolt never takes. Yet if I delete and install ThrottleStop beta version my undervolts take no problem. Can even set up scheduled task to start ThrottleStop upon start up and it runs just fine. So if I can undervolt my machine why is it that I can use the Omen Gaming Hub to do so?
