Since the latest HP Omen Gaming Hub update from Nov. 5th (3 days ago) I can't use the application anymore because I get an "XTU Service initialize error" and a "System.UnauthorizedAccessException" error when selecting the "Undervolt" feature. It says something about missing access rights to the folder where the "update SDK package" is located, but I have changed nothing in my system whatsoever. The precise error is also described on the HP website.
I have already tried:
- the suggested fix from the HP website that I linked above (manually installing the SDK package), which did not work. when selecting the "install" file from that SDK folder, a CMD window pops up that shows access right and install errors as well. I also tried installing the SDK package from another location of my drive - same errors.
- deinstalling Gaming Hub completely and manually downloading and re-installing it via the official website, with no success.
- installing an older version of Gaming Hub from 2 weeks ago, when everything was still working perfectly. Gaming Hub does not open unless I update it tho, so the update is mendatory, which is very unfortunate.
- additionally I tried rolling back the Intel XTU drivers to an older version manually via hardware manager > software components, as well as installing the drivers again manually from the SDK folder. that didnt help either.
I'm out of ideas and it would be great if I could find any help here.

Same issue!! Undervolting not working at all due to XTU services troubles. No troubleshoting at all is working, updating, rolling back, reinstalling, nothing.
Please kindly fix that, it's a feature integrated in my Omen 15 that I use so much and I need.
I also cannot check how I left my undervolting status!!! Need a solution asap!
Thanks
