Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought this PC Omen 17 Inch. I Am unable to get the keyboard to light up. It did not come with the Omen control software. Please help.

If you tap the FN key then F5, does it come one now?

If not, just tap F5 only.

 

The symbol for the keyboard lights looks like this...

I waste 2 days looking for solution, even I called HP support and they update my PC and for nothing , 

it is not mentioned in user Guide or HP support website, but thank you for help
