My computer model is OMEN by HP 15-dc1xxx
When I open Omen Light Studio, it doesn't see my keyboard.
I wonder if my computer doesn't support this?
Keyboard shows 3 different colors in the picture of the computer in HP Support Assistant.

HPSA may show an image which is not your machine, just a general image. Omen Gaming Hub shows real image of your machine.
Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard at the beginning ?
If Yes, please select Effect to see the result as shown about
