Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
In the Zone Selection panel, select the lighting zones for the layer. There are several zone selection methods. Click the icon for your chosen method.
-
Per-zone method:
-
Click each zone or key on a device.
-
Press and hold ctrl to select multiple zones or keys.
-
Click and drag the mouse to create a marquee area to select a group of zones. Press and hold ctrl to select multiple groups.
-
If a selected area overlaps a previously selected zone, the selection is inverted.
-
-
Marquee method:
-
The rectangular marquee area can be moved, resized, or rotated.
-
The marquee area is associated with the canvas, not the devices. If you move a device, the marquee area does not change and continues to apply the lighting effect only to the lighting zones within the marquee area.
-
-
Per-device method:
-
You can choose a device from the drop-down menu to select all zones on that device.
-
You can choose All devices.
-
You can choose select devices within a category.
-
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
