Omen MAX 5070 serial number not working.

I have the correct serial number, I've verified it is correct multiple different ways. I'm seeking support to update the warranty dates on my device. However the HP website continues to say the serial number is incorrect so I'm unable to get support. How can I reach a person about my issue if the website doesn't even have the correct serial number in the database?
