Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed the latest windows update and it seems to have destroyed my audio. All of my devices (Even the built in one) are reported as unplugged. Ive reinstalled the drivers, I've uninstalled the devices, I've restarted, I've run the windows troubleshooter and the hp troubleshooter. I'm at a loss
