Ill try to help you as best I can and at least confirm what you are experiencing now.

 

What you have posted in your images for the Omen Command Center is exactly how its supposed to be working.

There is no Overclocking available because Laptops don't come with unlocked CPU's like a desktop can. If it did, the cooling system couldn't handle that kind of heat that increases. HP did have one series two years ago that did have a few overclockable models, and that didn't work out very well.

 

The 4-Zone keyboard lighting only uses Static Modes. It does not include any animation ability like the Omen external full RGB keyboard does.
