I have not recieved a formal reply from HP on the issue.

I was only told to force Windows to manually update until there are no more updates.

Then go to the HP Support Assistant and search for updates.

Then if that doesnt work, uninstall the OCC and reinstall it.

Then go to Windows Services and make sure the HP Omen HSA is enabled as I stated above.

If I hear of anything else, I will let you know.

@photoray002

my laptop is OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx and the product no.  4PQ76EA#A2N

it is fixed when i updated the BIOS.

one more thing i want to ask you does my model have the overclocking option in omen command center

HP Recommended

Unfortunately no it does not overclock. You need an unlocked cpu for that, The 8750H is not unlocked.

The heat sink and fans wouldnt be able to handle the heat generate from overclocking.

Im sorry.

i actually needed the overclocking bar to underclock the cpu because it runs very hot even maybe 90 degree and i have to run by the better performance battery option so i does not run that hot

HP Recommended

What you need to run the system cooler is to UnderVolt the cpu. That would have to be done with either Intels XTU program or Throttlestop.

I do not support those programs so you would have to turn to their forums for support on using it.

thank you i will go to their forums
