See if this will install before we contact HP.

HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS...  http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp99001-99500/sp99221.exe

if that will not, try this one... https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97031.exe

Run the diagnostics for the full extensive tests for everything. Keep the laptop plugged in during that time.

IF it detects a hardware failure, you will at least have a better idea whats wrong.

If they listen to you I will be really in debt to you, but I think all of them are running from problem with it. I got all documentation and conversation with hp support from my region and even got a screenshot of hp warranty when it was still under it, I got all the conversation from seller and bill. I was even willing to pay for warranty extension, just so I can be sure that nothing will happen, but they didn't even wanted to open it. Problem is that when I send it hp service it was there for a month, and when I sent it to Germany to seller it was there for a month, and when I get it back paf it is already september... And I already payed a 100€ just for shipping...

Wooohoooo, everything passed smoothly. Tried to install omen command center from  microsoft store, and it works!
