OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1065ng

Got a message in Omen gaming hub (section Omen 15 on left side) about missing HP services for tabs undervolting, network booster, ...

After installing services and reboot display port does not work anymore, attached monitor shows message "no display port output".

Before update everything works fine.

Solved: Shut down pc over night after trying to solve problem with no result. Switched on today and display port works fine again.

Perhaps of today cold start devices have been initialized properly leeding to working display port.

There is new OMEN Software and SDK package on line, please follow steps below to update/install:

  1. Go to Microsoft Store to update your all OMEN Software, including “OMEN Gaming Hub”, “OMEN Light Studio” or “OMEN Oasis” to the latest.
  2. Execute Windows Update to latest version and all optional updates (especially to install "Realtek - Net - xx.xx.xxx.xxxx"), then restart.
  3. Launch “HP Support Assistant”, check for updates for the “OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package”. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the app.
  4. In OMEN Gaming Hub, click Update if update message shown in each feature page.
  5. Please install this package: https://s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/hpcps.support.doc/OMEN/SDK/OMEN_Gaming_Hub_SDK.exe , then restart.

thank you for your support.

I updated OMEN gaming hub via Microsoft Store, started gaming hub and checked keyboard lighting tab. There was again the message concerning missing features and a install button. This time the installation of the SDK package differed from last try, an additional window popped up showing progress of installation. When finished pc has to be rebooted and everything is fine and works well.

HP support assistant does not list any update, in OMEN gaming hub each feature page works well.

All Windows updates installed, no missing Realtek entry.
