The omen command center will open and then throw a error related to debugging i believe. Whenever i click cancel on the error it asks me how it wants to be debugged and then takes me to visual studio then proceeds to tell me i need to launch visual studio as administrator. I have not been able to fix this important application by any means. I tried uninstalling several times and Revo an uninstaller tool cannot even seem to find the application. If anyone can provide some details on how to fix this it would be incredibly appreciated.

Omen Command Center is obsoleted, please use Windows Store, search for Omen Gaming Hub and install to your machine.
