I am having the same issue here - What is the best way to get in contact with the HP Support Team? Feeling a bit lost / like this is a maze. 

 

Secondly, does anyone have the issue where, not docked, the computed is running but you can't get it to "wake up". Ie.. black screen? Similar vein seems like.

I am also facing this issue like closing lid on a certain angle, while playing any game the screen and keyboard goes off but still fans are on and when connecting to external monitor it works fine. But after shutting down there is no way to start the laptop how u used to start it?
