The problem of low load crashes first occurred in February 2021, and since then, the computer has often experienced low load crashes, but the computer has not been broken. In March 2023, two methods were used to solve the problem.

I have posted some posts about this in the HP community before, but they haven't been resolved.

I have found two solutions.

1. In the Windows power plan, for processor power management and processor performance improvement mode, select "Disabled" to disable CPU Core. After that, low load crashes will no longer occur, but the maximum frequency is only 2.9GHz, which affects the performance of the CPU.

2. Through third-party software https://github.com/JamesCJ60/Universal-x86-Tuning-Utility,adjust the curve optimizer of the CPU to boost the voltage by 5mv to 30mv. This method can solve the problem of low load crashes without affecting CPU performance.

Not only HP's 4800h model has this issue, but other manufacturers' 4800h models also have this issue. Is this an issue with AMD or HP's voltage strategy for 4800h?
