How can I use the Thunderbolt port with the Nvidia 3060. I try everything and is impossible. With Omen 15 is possible but not with Omen 16. It is a software problem or a hardware designe problem ? Tiene solución. (HDMI and Mini DP are used with other Monitors). Thanks.

Hi @DUgarte
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I see that you are not able to connect your external monitor to Thunderbolt 4 Type C port through Nvidia 3060. We are here to look into it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
I would suggest you update the drivers on your system using the link here and check if you see any difference.
Also, please update Windows and let me know the outcome of it. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi, thanks for your answer.
Yes, I done everything (last Nvidia drivers, Win 11 update,....) and nothing happened. The same problem. I tried with a notebook OMEN-15 and it works great. I need to use 3 external monitors with Nvida surround configuration and it is impossible.
Regards
Daniel

Thanks for your response.
Have you tried using the Thunderbolt 4 Type C port for other purposes like charging?
Along with that, I would suggest you change the cable and check if the issue persists.
Let me know.
Thanks!

Thanks for your quick response.
Could you please check if the NVIDIA card is showing up in the device manager under display drivers? If yes, could you try updating it?
Let me know.
