I opened a warranty dispute with my proof of purchase attached because my account shows only 18 months when it was supposed to be 23 months as I purchased my laptop just last month. After a few days, I checked the case and found out it was closed with no response from the team and warranty hasn't been updated. Furthermore, I seem to have been denied access to my device's warranty information.
