Hello

Yesterday I tried to buy a laptop but I received an email saying that the order was declined, but still the money was taken from my card. At "my orders" it says that the order it is processing, so I requested a cancellation. I want my money back, please help me

I had 3 orders Declined so ended up with 3 charges. The 3 charges were in Pending status though, which does decrease the available credit, but it not part of any balance due since they have not been processed.

 

So this is frustrating on two levels: the declined orders with no explanation, and the pending charges on my CC since my CC did not reject the order charge attempts.
