Order shows waiting stock

Hello , 

I placed an order on the HP store solely for the reason that it said delivery within 48 hours (and mostly next day delivery).

However I cant even see an estimated delivery date on my order , and the HP support team are not able to help me at all.

How long is this going to take ? I am a student and have my dissertation due soon so I just cannot afford to wait for long.

If there was low / no stock , it should have been advertised on the webpage instead of showing 48 hour delivery.
