I bought Hp Omen 15-dc1071TX yesterday. Rtx 2060 with i7 9750h. when play some normal game such cricket 19 ,fortnite etc my cpu temperature increase . 93/94 degree celsius. recently i update my bios, my current version is f.12. please help . this is really hot temperature which decrease my gaming performance. and there is no manual controll in oman command center. So please help as soon as possible

I recommend you download and install the Graphic Power Control IC Firmware Update Utility from the below link and check if it helps.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95380.exe
If you continue facing the issue, then install all the Windows updates including optional updates and check if it helps.
Here is how it is done.
- Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
- Go to settings (gear icon).
- Select the Update and Security icon.
- Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
- Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.

Recently i installed this IC Firmware Update Utility , update latest windows version and everything but not so much change my problem. Sometime temperature hit 97/98 but after a moment temperature decrease and stay at 87-93 .In this stage performance not so decreases. But laptop materials such as keyboard,around power button are too hot .For that i can not touch them easily.I am very worried. Please help

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
