Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP pavilion dv6 Intel core i7 with ATI radion graphics support Microsoft directX11.

Is just getting heat up immediately I power it on, I have service it by putting processor paste,

The problem still persists, still getting hot, please I need the community to help me solve the hotness problem.
