Hello @sckrubzie

Try this and let me know if it works...

Go to the Search bar and type Control Panel and hit the Enter key.

Click on Hardware and Sound.

Click on Sound.

In the pop up window, make sure the Playback tab is selected.

You should see Speakers. Select it and click on Properties.

In the Enhancements tab, tic the box for Disable all enhancements.

Hi,

Yes i have tried that already and has no change.

OK, did you also try going to C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA and running RtkNGUI64.exe

Under Listening Experience, uncheck the box for Audio Enhancements.

If that does not work, did you try updating to the latest Realtek driver?

HP Recommended

RtkNGUI64 does not open i click it and nothing happens.

And i tried updating trough device manager.

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling them manually but when i uninstall them when i restart my laptop they reinstall themselves automatically.

i Reintaled my HD audio drivers and got Realtek audio manager open and turned off enhancements and no changes

Hmm, I'm not sure whats happening on your system in this case. Im really sorry.

I would suggest you also ask on the notebook audio section. One of those guys might have better insight on this...
