HP Pavilion Gaming 15-cx0056WM
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

The hinge on my computer broke for no apparent reason. I haven't dropped it or anything. The tech guy I went to said that I seemed to have just gotten a bad computer, and to send it to HP to have it fixed. The problem is, I can't contact HP! Their phones hang up on me, and their virtual assistant doesn't show the 15-cx0056wm as a model! How can I get this in to be repaired? Please, someone help me. I don't have much money and am in college. I can't afford to not have a working computer. Please help. I've spent hours trying to contact them. I haven't been able to get in contact with an actual person at all, and their AI keeps hanging up on me because they "aren't available."

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
