Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

It started glitching randomly when I was watching in twitch, nothing too heavy.

It is glitching constantly, tried the hdmi input for the second monitor and the second monitor is working fine

All graphics drivers have been updated.

It might be a laptop screen issue, i do not know anymore
if it is a screen issue how bad is it and is it even repairable  and will it be expensive?
