My laptop was working fine yesterday morning. Then I got a power cut I play a little on battery power then starts to lag this one was normal I was expecting that but after that when power get back I plugged in my laptop and it was still lagging like crazy. I let it change a little while than tried to play Frostpunk its still lagging I lowered graphics that I was playing totaly fine few hours ago it didn't change any thing. I tried other games like Total war Troy, The binding of Isaac actually those are the only two I tried anyway Isaac is working fine but on Troy I im getting 10 fps. I run some diagnostics every thing works fine. I don't know what to do from here please help me.

Idk. Mine was saying F.22 on general properties. I am manually updating it to f.23. I hope I am not messing something up over here.
