Performance drops

the performances was doing good, and for no reason it started droping. i tested everything and said is all good, but the windows is slow, cant play anygames. i did formating and re instaling windows, but the problem remains.  i try every option i had from the HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT, but the problem persist,
