Performance mode not showing up anymore on Omen Gaming Hub

I use this laptop for general stuff and sometimes to game on occasion, for some reason the 'Performance mode' in Omen gaming hub has disappeared once again, whenever it has been available and i select it, the next time i open Omen Gaming hub ithe option has disappeared so there is no default performance mode selected - I have genuinely tried everything and nothing seems to make it come back now, it has disappeared a few times randomly but it is not coming back this time after trying so many fixes ive searched for online - If you are wondering why i dont just backtrack and do what I did before for it to come back, its because I have no idea what i did, if i even did anything, to get the performance mode option to come back. I really just want it enabled because i used my computer plugged in so it can use maximum performance for gaming etc, I really need help because it struggles with limited fan speed etc

What is the version of the OGH on your machine ? Mine is version 1101.2407.4.0 and it is there

I am talking about the performance mode in Performance Control, as per the screenshot after booting my computer up, to my surprise it has randomly appeared again, and I have no idea why it suddenly disappears which leaves me with ECO, Quiet and Default mode normally, but for some reason the Performance option is there.

I have just booted up my laptop again and here you can see the optionis gone and none of the now 3 available options are selected since i selected performance mode last. For some reason i thought it was my keyboard and mouse plugged in, the tried  to see if unplugging the power adapter did anything but these all failed to get it back
