OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xf0000 (758R3AV)

When i hear audio from the laptop's left speaker I hear a caw as output from the device. When I hear the audio sometimes it's like the left speaker shot down and after a few milliseconds returns ON. I made the respective test and troubleshoot but it didn't help to solve the problem. What is may be the problem?

Hi,

go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.

When i restart the laptop after i removed the audio driver this last is recovered automatically. How can I resolve this?

It doesn't matter, you then update the driver with the file

At the moment it seems that it's working. I'll try the laptop for a few days and I'll respond to you if it's all okay. Thanks
