Hello! I've just bought HP Omen Laptop 15 with AMD Ryzen 7 4800h and Nvidia 2060. Yesterday I installed and updated Windows 10 Home and all the drivers to make the PC work great. The problem appears when playing. For example, un non-exigent games with low graphics (as Valorant or Mount and Blade Warband) I hardly ever get more than 25fps in games online and offline while charging. When I play disconnected and It uses the battery, I reach 70fps. At the same time, connected the laptop to the TV and It worked well with more than 300fps. With the controls of Nvidia I assignate the dedicated graphics to the games but they have the same performance
I've tried to solve it uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling them but it changed nothing.
How can I make It perform as expected?

have you updating your Nvidia driver from Nvidia GeForce apps or manually download the update from device manager??
and take a look at windows power option,, sometimes user change something in that slider or menu...
and try to use Default or Performance mode on Omen Gaming Hub...
