My laptop is running on windows 11 25h2 and I am facing some problem with my bluetooth after I updated it to 25h2 and I cannot find any dedicated driver for my laptop for 25h2. The blueooth gets disconnected then disappears like there's a lot of problem and there isn't any 25h2 option on the support page to select the os. please HP give me some solution

Hi @lucifer1018,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I’m sorry you’re going through this; I understand the concern and don’t worry I’ll help you with this.
To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?
- Does Bluetooth disappear completely from Device Manager, or does it show with a warning symbol?
- Did you update to 25H2 through Windows Update or manually via the Installation Assistant / ISO?
- Are you using any Bluetooth peripherals (mouse, headset, controller) that trigger the dropout consistently?
What you can try right now :
1. Reinstall the Bluetooth driver manually (Windows will fetch the right version)
Even though HP doesn’t list 25H2 yet, Windows will still distribute the correct compatible driver.
- Open Device Manager
- Expand Bluetooth
- Right-click your Bluetooth adapter (usually Realtek, MediaTek, or Intel)
- Select Uninstall device → Delete driver
- Restart your laptop
- Windows will install a fresh 25H2-compatible version automatically
2. Install the Windows 11 driver meant for 23H2 from HP
HP hasn't updated to “25H2” filters yet, but the latest 23H2 Bluetooth drivers work fine on 25H2.
Go to your model page → Download the newest Bluetooth, Chipset, and Wireless drivers.
(HP often updates drivers first; the OS dropdown is updated last.)
3. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter
Settings → System → Troubleshoot → Other Troubleshooters → Bluetooth
This resets services and driver stack.
4. Check if Memory Integrity is blocking your Bluetooth driver
Windows 11 25H2 sometimes flags older drivers as “incompatible” and disables them silently.
- Go to Windows Security → Device Security → Core Isolation
- Check if any driver is listed as blocked
If yes: update or reinstall that driver from HP’s site.
5. Reset Bluetooth Services
Press Win + R, type services.msc, then restart these services:
- Bluetooth Support Service
- Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service
- Bluetooth User Support Service
Set them to Automatic.
6. Update BIOS & Chipset
Go to HP’s driver page for your model and install the latest:
- BIOS update
- chipset driver
- Wireless & Bluetooth package
I hope this helps
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster!
