Hello. I'm playing on a SAMP server and I can't have a full good experience because of bugs and crashes. Before mentioning the crashes, I can say some things:
1) I'm using MSI Afterburner + Rivatuner to monitor my FPS and temperatures
2) I'm using SAMP 0.3.7-R5 Client even though the server version says that is 0.3.7-R2
3) I'm running at 1920x1080x32 using the maximum settings (1920x1080 it's also my screen resolution)
4) I'm using NVIDIA GeForce Experience for recording cheaters (because I'm an admin)
5) I disabled DEP for gta_sa.exe (btw I have 1.0 version)
Let's go to the main problem. The GTA runs fine in the first 30-45 minutes of playing (riding / flying around the map), but it starts to get buggy after this period. Sometimes it crashes (SAMP Crash with random error codes after error spam in the chat). Sometimes I'm getting Visual C++ runtime error even though I have all Visual C++ Runtime versions installed correctly. Sometimes when I minimize the game and then click back on the game, it flashes a lot (constantly minimizing - maximizing). Sometimes when I minimize the game and then click back on the game, the FPS limits to 30 and it is getting broken. MSI Afterburner on screen display doesn't show anything at this point. Paradoxically, the game runs fine even for 4-5 hours when I'm walking around a building or sitting in my gang base.
I tried
1) Uninstalling the game and then reinstalling
2) Using the SAMP 0.3.7-R2 client
3) Using the SAMP Addon
4) Decreasing the resolution
5) Putting an anticrasher in cleo
6) Deleting gta_sa.set
7) Extend the memory streaming
8 ) Running the game as administrator
9) Running the game in compatibility mode
10) Creating a new user in Windows
11) Not using MSI Afterburner
12) Not using GeForce Experience
13) Switching from my RTX 3060 to Radeon Graphics
14) Setting the graphics to low/medium and setting anti aliasing to off
Nothing of these worked. I have Windows 10 22H2. What can I do? I can't have a full experience when I'm having a car ride with my SAMP friends.
On my previous HP (I don't know the name unfortunately, but it had Ryzen 5 3500U instead of Ryzen 5 5600H). is it because of my HP Omen 15-en1010nq (Ryzen 5 5600H, RTX 3060, 16GB DDR4, NVME SSD)? I have all microsoft visual c++ installed

Hi @DeyuAndrei,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Your issue with San Andreas Multiplayer (SAMP) seems to be multifaceted, with several potential causes ranging from software conflicts to hardware or system settings. Here's a detailed troubleshooting guide to address the problems you're experiencing with GTA San Andreas and SAMP on your HP Omen 15-en1010nq:
1. Ensure System Compatibility and Updates
1.1. Update Windows
- Check for Updates: Make sure your Windows 10 installation is fully up-to-date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
1.2. Update Graphics Drivers
- Download Latest Drivers: Ensure you have the latest drivers for both NVIDIA RTX 3060 and Radeon Graphics (if applicable). You can get the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website and AMD's Radeon Drivers page.
1.3. Update Visual C++ Redistributables
- Reinstall Redistributables: Download and reinstall the latest versions of Visual C++ Redistributables from the Microsoft website.
2. Configure Game and System Settings
2.1. Game Compatibility
- Reconfigure Compatibility Mode: Set compatibility mode specifically for gta_sa.exe and samp.exe. Right-click on the executable files, go to Properties > Compatibility, and select an older version of Windows (e.g., Windows 7 or 8).
2.2. Manage FPS and Resolution
- Set a Fixed FPS Limit: Use the in-game settings or a third-party tool to limit FPS to 60 to prevent overheating and performance issues.
- Test Different Resolutions: While you’ve tried lower resolutions, ensure you're not running the game in a non-native resolution for your screen. Sometimes, high resolutions can cause issues if not supported properly.
2.3. Manage Game Files
- Verify Game Integrity: Use any file verification tools provided by the game or SAMP mods to ensure no corrupted or missing files.
- Check for Conflicting Mods: Ensure there are no other mods or plugins that could conflict with your setup.
3. Diagnose and Resolve System Conflicts
3.1. Analyze System Performance
- Task Manager: Use Task Manager to monitor system performance and resource usage while playing the game. Look for any processes that consume excessive resources.
- Resource Monitor: Use Resource Monitor to check for any unusual activities or resource bottlenecks.
3.2. System Overheating
- Check Temperatures: Use tools like HWMonitor or MSI Afterburner to check if the system is overheating. Ensure your laptop's cooling system is functioning correctly.
- Clean Vents: Make sure that the laptop vents are not blocked and clean any dust if necessary.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
