Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered my Ho envy days ago and my order is still processing. I don’t understand why it’s still processing and hasn’t moved in the shipping process due to the fact that my money has already been taken out of my account. Can anyone enlighten me as to why this is taking so long? Thanks

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).

I think very simple explanation: You know many HP machines come from different countries, mainly China. With current Covid-19 situation very hard to know when, specially nearly all ports are locked down.

 

I believe all vendors including HP are working very hard to deliver their products to customers.

 

Hope this makes sense.
