Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I recently bought a laptop from the HP Store that states that it is warranted for 3 years. However, when I go to the myHp app or the website, only 1 year is shown. I already tried to contact the support through Whatsapp, but I really couldn't get a satisfactory answer.
I was wandering if anyone has been in the same situation, and how did they solve the problem

The link says nothing about warranty. It is NOT a business machine therefore it only has standard 1 year. HPSA also tells you how long as in my case
