Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys , please I have a problem in my laptop concerning performance issue , when i play games at unlocked fps , the game start lagging and the stutter issue is also present .

 

what I have done to resolve this : 

- I done discrete mode in hub gaming for hp omen laptop,  and better performance for the power .

 

could you please help me !
