Product: Omen 15 2020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Especially when I play video games, when I press R, the key doesn't work. It sometimes works when I press repeatedly, sometimes works when I press with other key combinations etc. What should I do?

Could you provide the games you were playing? If I have them I could give it a try. I tested out my keyboard with a text editor, every key. They all work. I suggest you do this test in a text editor as well so you can tell if this R-issue is game-specific or shows up more generally when you are just typing. That could tell a lot about what your issue is.
