Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 17-cd1007na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am unsure if I am able to upgrade the RAM on this device to 16GB, I currently have 2 x 4 GB 3200Mhz Samsung SDRAM loaded but I am confused where I should get 2 x 8GB sticks from and how to make sure it is compatible.

Hi:

 

Chapter 1 of the maintenance and service guide on your notebook model series' support page indicates you can install up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.

 

Usually, the Crucial memory will work...

 

16 GB kit (2 x 8 GB)

32 GB kit (2 x 16 GB)
