Hello guys,
I would like to upgrade the ram of my pc and go from 8 to 16 gb. Here is the link of the technical specifications:

https://support.hp.com/it-it/document/c06262512

My pc supports up to 32gb of ram at the max frequency of 2666mhz.

Looking at the Crucial site, it offers me different types of ram compatible with the model of my pc and one in particular caught my attention. The site is this:

The ram that would interest me:

I would like to know if this type of ram is actually 100% compatible with my pc. I think yes but I wanted to be sure.

Thank you.

Hello @Luigi98

There is no reason it shouldn't work. Crucial also guarantees it to work or your money back, so its a safe bet.

The fact you are using a matching pair, there shouldn't be any problems with it down clocking.

I would use it if I had that system, yes.

Good question.

Only if you break something in the process of replacing it.

Also the new ram wont be covered. If you have to send it in to warranty, keep the old ram and reinstall it before sending it off.
