Hello I need some help. On this laptop I have 8 gb ram and says 5.92 usable because of the integrated graphic card. How I make to use all ram and disable the integrated graphics card and to switch on dedicated graphics card. Please help.

Hi:
Your notebook was designed that way on purpose.
HP released this document a while back, which explains the memory shortage...
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06526774
This seems to only apply to models with AMD Ryzen processors and chipsets.
Info on Microsoft PlayReady.

There is nothing you can do about it, and disabling the graphics is not an option.
