HP laptop doesn't support BIOS downgrade. So there is no way to downgrade BIOS.

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue and tried turning off the hibernating setting on cmd as mentioned above, but my laptop is shutting down when I launch the game. Any other options?

Even my laptop contain the same specs as above( AMD Ryzen 5, NVDIA GTX 1650, 8 GB RAM, Windows 10 64 bit)

The clockrate of the Ryzen 5 3550H goes from 2100 MHz to 3700 MHz

Check the values I recorded on the screen

Basically, the BIOS Update is just wearing our components, I haven't overclocked anything, the clock rate is boosted, the temps are wayyyy higher than before, the PC shuts down etc...

You better post an update before I ask a total replacement or a refund of the computer, and don't say my warranty is voided because I changed thermal paste because of your bad update that I never asked for, lol

what are the things that you changed in ryzen controller except fort the temperature, did you touch the cpu TDP and all the other options

@Phantomghost

No, I just changed the temperature to 70 and the system stopped crashing. Try it

@Phantomghost

    I  just set my temp. to 70 . Alternatively, u can try changing the maximum processor state to 99% under advanced power settings. U may get fps drops but system would not crash.
