OMEN 17-cb0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just recently purchased an HP OMEN 17t Laptop (17-cb0xxx) with Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9880H CPU @ 2.30GHz and NVIDIA RTX 2080 Graphics processor.  I was excited in expecting to activate the multi-color keyboard but soon discovered that the laptop did not have OMEN Command Center installed so I downloaded it (ver. 10.0.20). Then I discovered that the Lighting menu did not offer any options.

I then upgraded to OMEN Gaming HUB to see if Light Studio would help me. But light Studio says "Unfortunately this device is not supported by OMEN Light Studio".  Is this correct? (The backlighting for my laptop is only one color - Red)

Does this model support the RGB backlighting?

That simply means your machine does not have 4 zones keyboard otherwise when open machine the first time you can see similar to

My machine has "Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO" on its specs

Regards.
