Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the same issue with my keyboard, the two right-side sections are not showing the right colors, I don´t remember what was the last time it works ok but I did a recent update to the Bios F10 from the F09 version, I´m not sure if this is related with the problem.

  • Have you tried troubleshooting steps from the original post?
  • Have you tried HP Omen command center software?
  • Are you getting any error message or code?
