Hey there, I am having an issue with my keyboard. Not every zone seems to be calibrated correctly and I'm not sure how to fix this. For example, lets say I set every color in the Command Center to purple. Only one zone displays the correct color, while the others are a light pink. Or if I change every color to white, only one zone shows white, while the other 3 zones are a yellow-ish color. I'd like to figure this out soon as this is a pretty big reason why I went with the Omen rather than a comparable laptop. Any help is greatly appreciated 🙂

@btcxrp
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
- Did you make any software or hardware changes on your laptop?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
I have found a wonderful document which will help you find the answer - HP OMEN Command Center
In this support document, please click on OMEN software compatible models, Here you will find the list of PCs with the supported features.
On your computer, it only supports the Omen command centre and not the lighting feature.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
