Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0027ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I bought this device the seller said it had 8gb ram but I am unable to run 8gb ram required games and when I search about it shows 5.88 usable ram out of 8gb why is that can I resolve this and use full 8gb while gamming,

It has  8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB) - both slots are occupied but AMD reserves more for APU. That is a known issue which is related to AMD processors. Please check the following article:.

You can upgrade to 16GB using
