Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi i got a HP Victus 15-fb3020ns  with AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 16GB 1TB SSD RTX 5050 15.6", and comes with 16 gb of ram can i upgrade it to 32gb adding a new 16 gb ram card? if not, wich is the maximum ram it can use?

Very interesting specs:

 

Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb3000 series specifications | HP® Support

 

HP indicates the max memory is 2 x 12 GB.

 

I don't know how that can be possible when 1 x 16 GB is supported in the memory slot.

 

If a 16 GB memory chip can work in one slot, then another 16 GB memory chip should be able to work in the second slot.

 

The Crucial memory report for the model series indicates that it can support 64 GB of memory (2 x 32GB).
