Hello
So I have this issue where I sometimes just randomly disconnect from the wifi on my laptop. I honestly don't know why. Also allot of the times when i disconnect i check my phone for the same issue, but the thing is that my phone doesn't disconnect. So I've asked my family members if they ever have this issue but they don't.
Now i'm confused as to what i should do and what it could be...
1 Is the issue from my laptop or is it from my provider?
2 How do I find out where the issue is at?
3 If its from my laptop what could be the issue?
4 How can I fix the issue?
5 If its my provider I have to call them again...
I hope someone can help me with this!
If you can please reply.
If you can't and have read this thankyou for your time...
Thanks in advance.
