Do you know if an older XP941-series Samsung PCIe NVMe will work on it? I am thinking about putting one in my wife's new Omen laptop and do a full on rebuild with the original Windows 10 Professional DVD image I got from school. I HATE how new systems come with so much bloatware.

Hello @zdevilinside
I believe the XP941 is PCIe AHCI but not NVMe.

The Omen 15 ax202 uses an HM174 chipset.
I have not used one of those drives, thus I hate to actually say yay or nay without hands on.
But I dont think there is any reason it wont work.
If you try it, do let us know the results.
