What software do you use to make you're own powerplan ?

Its not a software download, its in Windows Power Options.

Just so everyone knows, sometimes setting the Max processor state to 99% doesn't work as each system responds differently.

You might have to find it between 95-99% usually.

 

Go to the Start menu and right click on it, choose Power Options.

Go to Additional Power Settings

Then go to Change Plan Settings

Next, Change Advanced Power Settings

Scroll to Processor power management>Maximum processor state and change it between 95-99%. Yours might have a different sweet spot than the others.
