Hi,
I have a laptop which has 6 gb of shared GPU memory and 512 mb of dedicated GPU memory, and I would like to increase the dedicated memory. I'm a person who enjoy playing videogames and 512 mb doesn't let me enjoy almost any game, so that's why I would like to do that. And also I think that 6 gb of shared memory is a lot, and that I would never get to use all of that.
I hope you can help me solve this problem.
Thank you, and sorry if I don't speak very well, I speak spanish.

Your machine actually has
- AMD Radeon™ R5 Graphics
- Integrated
with 12GB of RAM, Windows should allocate at least 3GB to VRAM when required. Your machine is not designed for games other components such as CPU which is AMD Quad-Core A10-9600P (2.4 GHz, up to 3.3 GHz, 2 MB cache) or HDD may effect performance of your machine.
Regards.

Integrated video (iGPU) does not have room for keep VRAM, it relies on System. System will work this out and allocate/assign spare/available system RAM to VRAM automatically when required up to max limit. System will also take VRAM back when required. During the good old days, we could do this from BIOS but now OS is smarter.
The following document shows Max shared RAM for Intel iGPU versions

Aah thank you very much, but how can I do so I can play and use more than 512 mb? Because when I enter the game settings it sais that the maximum available video memory is 512, and if I was using more than that I wouldn't have to put all setings at minimum and run the game at 20 fps, and the required memory of the game it's 1 gb, so I don't know why it runs badly. Is there something that I could do to improve the performance of my laptop?
Oh, and I forgot to tell you that my graphics card is amd, do you have a chart but with amd insted?
Thanks
