I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my OMEN Laptop 15-en0xxx (Ryzen 7 4800H; RTX 2060), after that I noticed that my monitor's refresh rate only has 40hz and 60hz.
I installed HP Support and installed all updates, yet the issue persists:

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c06986963
It ONLY has 39.6 cm (15.6") diagonal, FHD (1920 x 1080), IPS, micro-edge, anti-glare, 250 nits, 45% NTSC which uses standard 60Hz. No way you can pump it up.
My older machine clearly say 15.6" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
Regards.

You can connect to an external monitor, using the right connection to get higher refresh rate. 60Hz is for the machine screen.
