I've bought an hp Victus 16 Ryzen 7 5800h with 6gb RTX 3060 with its display labelled as 144 hz. But after running some Titles like Valorant and CS:GO and monitoring through the Omen gaming hub software, the screen's refresh rate does'nt exceed 60 hz. Even if i tweak the display settings to 144hz I can't get the optimum results. It's still stuck to 60 hz. Can anyone provide some info related to this matter ?
